Associate Attorney

Marsha Santiago is an associate attorney in the firm’s Palm Beach Office. She concentrates her practice primarily on defending Bodily Injury claims.

Marsha was born in Alexander City Alabama, but grew up in South Florida, with most of her life spent living in Palm Beach County. She graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Human Resources. She continued her education by attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. During her time at Cooley, Marsha served as a student associate with the Elder Law Clinic and handled cases dealing with various laws that related to elders, with the supervision of the professor.

Prior to joining Williams, Leininger, & Cosby, P.A., Marsha specialized in litigating Bodily Injury and General Liability claims for several large insurance companies as staff counsel.  She represented businesses (small and large),  and individuals. Additionally, she taught Torts I at Florida A & M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida.

Marsha has tried over 20 cases throughout the State of Florida. She also has trained the young associates to try a case at her prior roles.

When not practicing law, Marsha enjoys spending time boating and fishing with her husband.  One of her favorite past times is watching football, (College and NFL), and is a huge Auburn Tigers fan. She also enjoys traveling to any new spot she hasn’t been to in the past.
