We are pleased to announce that Phil Wiseberg, one of our esteemed partners, has successfully passed the requirements set forth by the Florida Bar for Board Certification in Civil Trial Practice.

Less than ten percent of Florida lawyers are Board Certified!  Board certification is a prestigious achievement earned by attorneys who have demonstrated exceptional knowledge, experience, and skill in their respective legal fields.  It is a rigorous process that requires attorneys to meet strict criteria and undergo a comprehensive evaluation of their expertise.   They are also required to pass a day long exam that tests their knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, trial practice, and the rules of professional conduct.

With his dedication and commitment to providing exceptional legal services, Phil has consistently showcased his expertise and commitment to our clients.  His achievement in obtaining board certification further solidifies his reputation as a highly skilled and qualified civil trial attorney.

As a board-certified attorney, Phil will continue to deliver exceptional legal representation to our clients, ensuring the highest level of service and expertise.  His certification not only reflects his individual accomplishments but also reinforces Williams, Leininger & Cosby’s commitment to delivering exceptional legal counsel.  We are confident that his board certification will further enhance his ability to provide outstanding legal solutions and unparalleled support to our valued clients!
