Adam Baer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Policial Science with a minor in business administration from the University of Florida in 2000. Thereafter, he graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 2003. While in law school he was a summer intern for the Honorable Judge Rodolfo Sorondo Jr at the Third District Court of Appeals in Miami.
For Mr. Baer’s first 9 years as an attorney, he was a prosecutor in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Broward County. In that time, he amassed over 75 Jury and Bench trials to verdict. He served the people of Broward County by prosecuting many complex criminal cases that included crimes such as attempted murder, robbery cases that involved firearms, and a multitude of drug trafficking cases.
After serving 9 years in the public sector, Mr. Baer transitioned into the civil side of the law. He has practiced both Plaintiff and Defense work in many aspects of civil litigation. This includes bodily injury liability cases, property damage, slip and fall, foreclosure actions, and other first party claims.
Adam is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Baer has lived in South Florida since he was 3 years old growing up in Cooper City Florida and now living in Palm Beach County for the over the last 16 years. He is the proud father of his 9 year old son and enjoys volunteering with various Pug organizations and have been a “Pet Father” to many pugs over the years.
