Attorney Waggener Gives Talk At Local Library

On August 20, attorney Chris Waggener gave a talk about access to the courts at the DeGroodt Public Library in Palm Bay, FL. The talk was entitled "Access to the Courts" and was open to the public.

Mr. Waggener spoke to the group about the different forms of representation in the US legal system. He focused on the pros and cons of each of the different styles. Mr. Waggener's goal was to help educate the community about how to choose an attorney. He said, "In my experience, many people often don't think about what to do if they have an attorney or where their attorney is going to come from until after they need one."

After his talk, the floor opened up for a Question and Answer session. Many of the questions revolved around how to pick the right attorney and how to qualify for Legal Aid.

The presentation was well received and Chris looks forward to serving the community with similar presentations in the future.
