Jeff Cosby is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in civil trial law. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1989 and is a 1992 graduate of Nova Southeastern University Law School. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout Florida. Mr. Cosby began his career as a prosecutor on the Treasure Coast where he developed his trial skills. He participated in over seventy jury trials involving persons charged with all levels of crimes, including first degree murders. Since joining the firm in 1997, Mr. Cosby has tried numerous civil cases to verdict throughout the Treasure Coast in addition to Palm Beach and Broward County. Mr. Cosby is a member of the Martin County Inns of Court and the Martin County Bar Association. Mr. Cosby handles the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims, insurance coverage litigation claims, complex global settlements, employment cases, business disputes, construction litigation, Chinese drywall claims, and civil rights matters.
