Danielle Croke graduated from Fordham University (Bronx, New York) in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She then graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Croke was a member of the Business Law Review. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County. During her tenure as a prosecutor she prepared and tried over 60 jury trials. Ms. Croke's extensive trial experience involved serious and violent crimes. She was selected to be a prosecutor in the Public Integrity Unit investigating and prosecuting public officials for corruption in their public duties. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
