Carri Leininger graduated from the University of Florida in 1987 and is a 1990 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. Ms. Leininger specializes in declaratory actions, first party medical claims, insurance coverage disputes, appellate matters, civil rights, employment discrimination, and personal injury. She also specializes in resolving catastrophic claims with pre-suit global settlements. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Leininger has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. She has served as appellate counsel in both state and federal courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of the United States. She served as co-counsel for the State of Florida before the United States Supreme Court in Sole v. Wyner that resulted in a 9-0 decision for the state.
