PRE-SUIT MATTERS

Williams, Leininger & Cosby, P.A. has handled more than 100 pre-suit matters, including multi-claimant settlement conferences, requests for financial affidavits, and demands for personal contribution.

WLC takes a proactive approach in reaching out to all potential claimants in an effort to explore early resolution. WLC works closely with the insurance professional and the insured to make sure that everyone understands the process. Frequently, the insured is asked to provide financial affidavits or make a personal contribution. WLC takes the time to explain these requests to the insured and address their concerns.
