Sebastian Poprawski


Sebastian Poprawski earned his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Florida and received his MBA and law degree from the Florida State University in Tallahassee. While in law school, Mr. Poprawski was a member of the Mock Trial Team and became a certified legal intern at the Public Defender’s Office for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach. After graduating law school in 2006, Mr. Poprawski worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County where he tried over 50 misdemeanor and felony cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Poprawski practiced commercial litigation and community association law in representing condominium, property and homeowners associations throughout South Florida in all phases of litigation including business and contract disputes, enforcement actions and construction litigation.

At WLC, Mr. Poprawski represents our clients in defense of motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, homeowners and property association disputes and construction litigation.

Mr. Poprawski is a member of the Florida Bar and Martin County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
