R. Scott Taylor, Jr., a native of Ft. Pierce, graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a B.S. in Building Construction and in 2009 with an M.S. in Management. After graduating from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012, Mr. Taylor began his legal career as an associate with a litigation firm in Jacksonville, Florida, where he gained experience in business and commercial litigation, as well as personal injury and insurance claims. In 2014, Scott returned to Treasure Coast and joined Williams, Leininger & Cosby, P.A. He currently focuses on the defense of construction defect claims, personal injury and wrongful death claims, premises liability claims, insurance coverage claims, and business disputes. Mr. Taylor is a member of the Florida Bar, the Martin County Bar Association, and the Martin County Inns of Court.
