Christopher Waggener

Christopher Waggener graduated from Appalachian State University in 2007 with a B. S. in History and a concentration in Business Management. Thereafter, he worked in sales before deciding to teach English abroad in China. Upon arrival back in the states, Mr. Waggener enrolled at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Once graduated in spring of 2014, he was hired by the Public Defender’s office in Brevard County as an Assistant Public Defender.

While at the Public Defender’s office, Mr. Waggener handled a variety of cases, handling dozens of jury trials in the Titusville and Viera courthouses. He remained at the office for two years before leaving the office to practice Civil Litigation. Mr. Waggener is a native of Brevard County and attended Merritt Island High School before leaving for Appalachian State. Currently he is active in the local Inns of Court.
